Hackensack is home. Our shop is at University Plaza in the medical-centre district, a few blocks from Main Street and the county courthouse. It is the county seat and the densest city in inner Bergen — apartment buildings, two and three-family houses, medical offices, and a working downtown all inside a small footprint.
Being based here means we understand the logistics as well as the doors. Parking and truck access on these streets take planning, and a service call on Main Street or near the hospital is scheduled around traffic rather than in spite of it. The work itself skews toward medical and professional buildings — rear service doors, delivery entrances and small loading bays that the practice cannot operate without — alongside the two and three-family houses whose garages serve several households. Those get high-cycle hardware because a shared door wears at a rate residential parts are not rated for.
